In 1996 he was inducted into the Florida Housing Hall of Fame, and most recently in 2008, he has been quoted as an expert about the housing industry slump in the Saint Petersburg Times,〔(Saint Petersburg Times )〕 the Herald Tribune,〔(Herald Tribune )〕 and the Orlando Sentinel. Both the ''Orlando Sentinel'' and the ''Tampa Bay Home Seeker'' have called Rutenberg a "legendary builder." 〔(Tampa Bay Home Seeker )〕 Recently, the (Tampa Bay Business Journal ) recognized Arthur Rutenberg Homes as one of 2013's (Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Florida ). The franchisor's home office is located in Clearwater, Florida. Top executives include Arthur Rutenberg, Chairman; Barry Rutenberg, Vice Chairman; and Frank Pizzica, CEO. Barry Rutenberg is the 2012 Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders.
